1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to South Australian residents only. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and the immediate family of these people are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime during or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including but not limited to techniques designed to avoid the payment of call costs, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. SMS entries charged at 55c including GST. SMS entrants require SMS compatible phone connected to a provider which permits messaging to the promotional number. Entrants should check with their individual provider.
7. Promotion commences 21/05/2006. Entries close 11:59pm AEST on 16/07/2006. The draws will take place at Level 12, 114 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 31/07/2006 at 12 noon AEST. The winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published in The Australian on 04/08//2006. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Hairdresser prize draw will each win 10 free wash and blow drys valued at up to $250 each.

11. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Days with a stylist draw will win a day with a wardrobe planner each valued at $250.
12. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Packed lunch prize draw will each win 50 packed worked lunches valued at up to $250.
13. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Personal training session prize draw will each win 5 personal trainer sessions valued at up to $250.
14. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Taxis to work prize draw will win a Cab charge voucher each valued at $250.
15. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Cleaning lady prize draw will each win 10 visits from a cleaning lady valued at up to $250.
16. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Life coaching prize draw will win each a motivational overhaul valued at up to $250.
17. The first 4 valid entries drawn from all entries received in the Dog walking prize draw will each win a dog walking voucher valued at up to $250.
18. Prizes will be awarded as follows: (a) as a personal cheque for $250 to be used at the winner's discretion; or (b) Fulfilment of the prize, as indicated, in conjunction with the Promoter. Service providers are to be determined by the Promoter at the Promoter's discretion. Winners must indicate their preference at the time of notification of their winning entry.
19. Any costs in excess of a value of the voucher (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that the cost of the prize requested by the winner is less than the value of the voucher, the balance of the value of the voucher will not be awarded as cash.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
21. Redemption of a voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss inccured in the event that any scheduled visit is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter.
23. Total prize pool value is $10,000. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
24. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on 31/10/2006 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). In the event of any winners of prizes over $100, their names will be published in The Australian on 2/11/2006.
25. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
26. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
27. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
28. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
29. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
